As a Main Contractor/Management Contractor specialising in Commercial Interior Construction & Fit-Outs, we have established a reputation of excellence with our Clients and their teams. Year on year, over 70% of our projects have been with returning clients which reflects the PARSON commitment to working closely with our client’s teams; always innovating and delivering together. THE Value of Safety is central to everything the PARSON team do every hour, every day. PARSON provides the time, the training, and ensures the financial resources to foster a safe working environment. On every PARSON project, increased safety and reduced risk are agreed with the subcontractors; collaboration defines the expectations, responsibilities and standards that protect our employees, partners and the general public. For PARSON, it is vital that everyone to gets home safe.

PARSON recognises its position in the greater community and its ability to positively impact others around its projects. Firstly and most simply, PARSON sources, where practicable, materials and subcontractors locally to the project. PARSON wants to ensure that the highest possible percentage of the client’s expenditure remains in the local economy and is reinvested in the area.
Likewise, in 2008 PARSON senior management decided to forgo buying corporate gifts at Christmas and instead make a donation to the Dublin Simon Community. From the outset, the contribution was greater than our previous gift budget and has grown year on year.
PARSON recognises that these are small gestures but also remains committed that as our success grows so too must our contributions back to the greater community

Health & Safety

THE SAFETY OF ALL IS A CORE VALUE FOR PARSON

We want every one of our projects to be Incident & Injury Free. All PARSON sites operate our Safety Management System, which has been developed as a tool and as an aid for our site management to ensure the safety of all personnel on site, the public and compliance with all legislative requirements. Through ongoing training and by developing a collaborative culture to Health & Safety our aim is to prevent incidents and by being open to sharing knowledge and learning from each other to help prevent incidents being repeated. Our subcontractors appreciate our collaborative approach and during our approval process, we establish together the expectations, responsibilities and standards required to work on a PARSON project.

Since our establishment PARSON has been building our reputation on the foundation that we provide a quality service in every aspect of our business. By working on projects across the entire country PARSON has developed over the years a nationwide data base of PARSON approved subcontractors and suppliers who buy into the PARSON ethos of quality first time. Through diligent planning and stringent quality control we aim to delivery projects to the highest of standards, the small and large detail are as equally important to us. Our clients appreciate the PARSON eye for quality driven construction.

Environment

PARSON IS COMMITTED

PARSON is committed to environmental protection, prioritising our compliance with all regulations, legislation and codes of practice for a cleaner environment. This commitment is integrated into how we operate both on-site and in our head-office; not only recycling at every stage of every project but also by using the most up-to-date software in our reporting systems. Through this monitoring, the PARSON team minimise waste and achieve efficient energy consumption throughout our business. PARSON’s carbon footprint on every project is minimised; in accordance with our Ethic of Community, materials are, where possible, sourced locally as are the subcontractors. The PARSON ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY guides what we do and how we do it at every step of the process, a copy is available upon request.

Technology

PARSON HAS ALWAYS INVESTED IN NEW TECHNOLOGY

PARSON has always embraced and invested in new technology. One of the key factors in delivering the project on time and on budget is PARSON’s investment in communication and the sharing of up-to-minute information. Cloud-based portals connect the PARSON team via laptops and hand-held devices, recording, monitoring and reporting on every step of the process. Our Site Managers use the latest software and devices to record, monitor and report on programme, health & safety and quality throughout the build process. Technology is central to how PARSON does business; technology is part of our Ethic of Integrity and commitment to Building Regulation compliance.
